Payment Options

For your convenience, we accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Care Credit. Dr. Shroyer and Dr. Moore deliver the finest surgical care at the most reasonable cost to their patients. Payment is due at the time service is rendered. As a courtesy to you, we will file your insurance as services are rendered.  Most insurance companies respond to our filing within 4-6 weeks.  After 60 days your unpaid balance becomes your responsibility and is subject to the collection process.  We will update you on our communication with your insurance company each month until your bill is reconciled. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame.
