Our Staff
Dr. Shroyer and Dr. Moore are proud to employ women of great character and compassion. They are committed to providing quality care to every patient. All employees are current in CPR training. The clinical staff are either certified oral surgery assistants or dental assistants. Several personnel are also trained and certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and DAANCE.
Melanie
Administrative Assistant
Melanie has worked in the dental field since 1994 and has been an employee of Dr. Shroyer’s since 2005. As the Administrative Assistant for the office, she enjoys the challenges of working in a thriving oral surgery practice and is committed to ensuring that all of our patients receive the best in attention and care. Melanie advises patients on a myriad of levels, from managing medical and anxiety issues to understanding the patient process as they navigate through our office. Providing a safe and calm environment for our patients is a personal daily goal. She is proud to work with a staff dedicated to providing individual care to each patient and to supporting our professional referrals with the utmost in oral surgery solutions.
Melanie, a native of the DFW metroplex, is married and has a daughter who is pursuing a career in fitness. In her spare time, Melanie enjoys reading and gardening.
Deborah
Insurance Coordinator
Deborah served as a Dental Technician Chief Petty Officer in the U.S. Navy for over 22 years. After her military service, Deborah continued to work in the dental profession in both the clinical and the administrative aspects of dentistry. She is CPR certified and has extensive exposure with the insurance industry with 20-plus years of expertise in processing medical and dental insurance claims. Deborah’s attention to detail and patience enables her to do her job with excellence.
Deborah was born in Michigan. This avid reader is married and has five cats.
