Dr. Shroyer is proud to employee women of great character and compassion. They are committed to providing quality care to every patient. All employees are current in CPR training. The clinical staff are either certified oral surgery assistants or dental assistants. Several personnel are also trained and certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and DAANCE.
Patient Care Coordinator
DeAnne has worked in the dental profession since 2001. She has extensive experience in the fields of oral surgery, general dentistry, and periodontics. DeAnne is one of the first smiles you encounter when you visit our office. Her caring attitude and calming spirit set the tone for your office experience. She is CPR certified and has worked in both the clinical and administrative aspects of dentistry. She has been with our practice since 2014.
DeAnne was born in Dallas, Texas but was raised in the military as an “Army Brat”. She has lived in several states and in Germany. DeAnne enjoys reading and spending time with her husband and three children.
Haley earned her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology in 2007 from UT-Arlington. She joined the dental community in 2013 when she began working for Dr. Shroyer. Haley loves the fast-paced, energetic environment of an oral surgery practice and utilizes her gifts of compassion, patience and organization to meet that challenge. She greets patients with a friendly smile from the time they schedule their appointment to the time they check out.
Haley is a native of Arlington, Texas. She is happily married and has a dog named Lucy. She enjoys personal training, dog sitting, and bible studies!
Melanie has worked in the dental field since 1994 and has been an employee of Dr. Shroyer’s since 2005. As the Administrative Assistant for the office, she enjoys the challenges of working in a thriving oral surgery practice and is committed to ensuring that all of our patients receive the best in attention and care. Melanie advises patients on a myriad of levels, from managing medical and anxiety issues to understanding the patient process as they navigate through our office. Providing a safe and calm environment for our patients is a personal daily goal. She is proud to work with a staff dedicated to providing individual care to each patient and to supporting our professional referrals with the utmost in oral surgery solutions.
Melanie, a native of the DFW metroplex, is married and has a daughter who is pursuing a career in fitness. In her spare time, Melanie enjoys reading and gardening.
Deborah served as a Dental Technician Chief Petty Officer in the U.S. Navy for over 22 years. After her military service, Deborah continued to work in the dental profession in both the clinical and the administrative aspects of dentistry. She is CPR certified and has extensive exposure with the insurance industry with 20-plus years of expertise in processing medical and dental insurance claims. Deborah’s attention to detail and patience enables her to do her job with excellence.
Deborah was born in Michigan. This avid reader is married and has five cats.
Linda began her oral surgery career in 1996 and has worked for Dr. Shroyer since 1999. Linda is responsible for providing the instrumentation for Dr. Shroyer during surgical procedures and for monitoring vital signs during IV sedations. She has successfully completed the Anesthesia Assistant National Certification Examination administered by the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the Advanced Cardiac Life Support examination. Additionally, Linda is responsible for maintaining and updating our implant inventory.
Linda has been happily married to her high school sweetheart for 30 years. She has a wonderful daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter who live in Ohio. In her spare time, Linda enjoys spending time with family, knitting, sewing, and needlework.
Kim has worked in the dental field since 1980. She joined our practice in 2009. Kim’s knowledge of OSHA guidelines, as well as her organizational skills in preparing surgical trays with appropriate instruments and supplies, are critical for an optimal surgical experience. She oversees the patients in the recovery area, explaining post-operative instructions and monitoring them after surgery.
Kim lives in Grand Prairie, Texas. She is married and enjoys fostering (lots) of dogs and gardening.
